The Cottage

The interior is warm and attractive with big windows and high ceilings.
There is gas central heating throughout and additional electric heaters.
The combination gas boiler provides constant hot water and there is double glazing throughout.
All electricity, gas, bed linen and towels are included in the price but please bring your own cot bedding if needed.

The accommodation comprises:-

Entrance hall leading to double aspect sitting room with “living flame” electric fire, sofa and armchairs, T.V. and free Wi-fi, DVD player and DVDs, CD player/Radio, books, games, guidebooks and maps.

French window leading to our small rear patio garden overlooking open fields (we do not own the front garden but have parking rights for 1 car in front of the cottage. Other cars can be parked outside The Oddfellows Arms or in the free public Car Park over the road bridge.)

The spacious well equipped “chicken-themed” kitchen-dining room can seat 6 and there is a double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine. Downstairs cloakroom with W.C. and wash basin.

The double bedroom has a super-king zip-and-link bed and looks out towards the beck, as does the small single bedroom, while the twin bedroom has views over the garden and open fields.

The bathroom with new bathroom suite, newly decorated, has a shower over the bath, basin, W.C., heated towel rail and electric wall-mounted fan heater.

(N.B. For those with small children please note there is an unfenced beck in front of the cottage)
