Gill Beck Holiday Cottage

The interior of the cottage is bright and attractive with the personal touches that only an owner's second home can give. It sleeps 5 people in 3 bedrooms. The cottage has gas central heating, with additional electric heaters, and the boiler provides constant hot water and there is double glazing throughout. There is a cot if needed and safe storage for bikes in the lock-up garage. There is private parking for one car in front of the cottage and free car parking nearby for other vehicles.

The cottage accommodation comprises:

Ground Floor: Entrance Porch and hall leading to large double aspect sitting room with sofa, easy chairs and 'living flame' gas fire. There is freeview TV, DVD player with selection of DVDs, CD/radio, books and games. French windows lead on to a small patio garden at the rear which overlook open fields. There is also a telephone for incoming calls.

Beside the sitting room is a spacious, well-equipped "chicken-themed" kitchen with door to the garden. The kitchen/dining room has a double electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine (and tumble dryer in the garage).

The master bedroom has a superking size zip and link bed with views to the beck and towards the village. The twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes and views over the fields at the back of the cottage.

There is also a small single bedroom at the front of the property. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c., basin, heated towel rail and fan heater and there is use of a hairdryer.
