Gill Beck Terms & Conditions

• Provisional bookings will be held for one week
• A deposit of one third of the total rental fee is payable upon making a firm booking. If the booking is less than eight weeks before the rental date, the total rental fee is payable upon booking. Any balance due is payable four weeks before the rental begins.
• Cancellations must be received in writing or via email and will be acknowledged immediately. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.
• Rental accommodation will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival unless previously arranged. On the day of departure please vacate the premises by 10am.
• We do not accept responsibility of injury to persons or loss/damage to possessions including vehicles.
• Tenants are responsible for the cost of any breakages to the cottage and its contents and surrounds. Please report these before you leave.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Gill Beck is strictly non-smoking.
